“I’ve been contemplating getting a hair transplant for ten years due to a receding hairline. I booked an appointment with Dr. J and Jess for a consultation. Immediately I felt welcomed, valued and engaged. I’m 8 days post op and I couldn’t be happier with my progress and how they have handled everything.”

Drag to your graft count.
A graft is one follicular unit — typically one to four hairs. Coverage is a function of how many are moved, which is why we price on that number and nothing else.
Around 2,800 grafts — typical for restoring a receded hairline with meaningful density through the mid-scalp.
At the cash, money order, cashier's check or advance personal check rate. An estimate for planning only — your final graft count is set by a clinician after assessing your donor area, and card or financed payment may differ.

Individual results vary. These photographs show outcomes achieved by specific patients and are not a promise or guarantee that you will achieve the same result. Suitability depends on your hair loss pattern, donor area strength and scalp health.
Four stages, one appointment.
FUE is carried out under local anaesthetic while you are awake and comfortable. Most people who work at a desk are back within a few days.
-
STAGE 01

Consultation
A private assessment of your hair loss pattern, scalp condition and donor area strength — the factors that decide whether FUE is right for you at all.
-
STAGE 02

Hairline design
Your new hairline is drawn and agreed with you before anything begins, planned around your facial proportions and how the hairline should age.
-
STAGE 03

The procedure
Follicular units are extracted individually with a micro-punch and placed along the angle and direction of your existing growth. No strip is cut and nothing is sutured.
-
STAGE 04

Regrowth
Transplanted hairs shed within weeks — this is expected. New growth starts around month three or four, with the result developing over nine to twelve months.

“We went in for a consultation for my husband and Jess did an amazing job explaining the pros and cons for hair restoration. Jess could have done the upsell and just gone with what my husband wanted, and in the end the expectation would have been a loss. Jess was truthful and honest, and because of that we will definitely be back.”
“This place is a 10/10!!! I sent my boyfriend there because his hair was thinning and they truly worked wonders on him!! He’s never looked better thanks to Dr. J.”
“What impressed me most was the honesty and expertise. Orlando Hair Clinic didn’t promise miracles — they explained exactly what FUE could achieve for my hair loss. Months later, I’m seeing solid growth and a much fuller look.”
“I was nervous about getting a hair transplant, but the team made me feel comfortable from day one. The FUE procedure was smooth, and the results look incredibly natural. My confidence is back, and I honestly wish I had done this sooner.”
Frequently asked questions.
Is the $2 per graft price really all I pay?
The $2 rate applies to procedures of 2,500 grafts or more, paid by cash, money order or cashier's check — or by personal check received at least three days before your procedure date. Payment by credit card or third-party financing may be priced higher. Your consultation is free either way, and we confirm your exact figure in writing before you book anything.
Can I text instead of calling?
Yes — (407) 544-5268 takes calls and text messages, and plenty of patients prefer to text. Send a message with your name and we will reply with times, or answer any question before you book. Same number either way.
Can I have the consultation without coming in?
Yes. The consultation is free either way — come to our Sand Lake Commons office, or do it by video call and send photographs of your hairline, crown and donor area. Both routes end with the same thing: a written graft count and a price.
Am I a good candidate for a hair transplant?
Most men experiencing pattern hair loss may be candidates, but suitability depends on donor area strength, stage of hair loss, scalp health and long-term goals. A proper medical evaluation is essential before a hair transplant is recommended.
What is an FUE hair transplant?
FUE (follicular unit extraction) is a modern technique where individual follicular units are carefully extracted from the donor area and transplanted into thinning or balding areas. Because no strip of scalp is removed, there is no linear scar to close.
How many grafts will I need?
It depends on the area you want covered and the density available in your donor region. Rebuilding a hairline commonly runs 2,000–3,000 grafts; adding the crown often pushes beyond 3,500. The calculator above shows the arithmetic — a clinician confirms the number.
Is the procedure painful?
The procedure is performed under local anaesthesia, so discomfort is minimal. Most patients describe the experience as manageable and return to normal activities within a few days.
How long until I see results?
Initial shedding is normal within the first few weeks. New growth typically begins around three to four months, with noticeable improvement by six months and the full result developing over nine to twelve months.
Are the results permanent?
Hair transplanted from the donor area is generally resistant to pattern hair loss and considered permanent. Ongoing care and medical guidance may still be recommended to support your surrounding native hair.
Do you offer financing?
Yes — third-party financing is available and we will walk you through the options at your consultation. Note that financed and credit card payments may be priced above the $2 cash rate.
